BlueBoat International’s goal is simple – to help our partners optimize their value – whether that is for a particular project or an entire product line.  We enable our partners to expand their growth, lower their costs, manage the risk and facilitate the process – all to ensure they are successful and profitable.

BlueBoat was founded in 2005 under the name of BlueBoat Designs providing Design service and Supplying quality architectural materials and finishes in the Midwest region, and has since grown to develop strategic sourcing and procurement relationships with owners, developers and general contractors across the US. 

In 2013, BlueBoat Designs, LLC became BlueBoat International, LLC reflecting our focus away from design services and to strategic sourcing on both domestic and international fronts.  Our efforts are concentrated in large-scale multi-family and commercial real estate development projects.
